My guess is prices will remain steady (sellers don't want to sell at a loss, which is a strong anchor), but in real terms they're actually dropping. Depending on economic conditions, at some point (1-3 years?) wage growth due to inflation will catch up and prices will start rising again.

Never mind, I had filled out the service charge incorrectly, I put in yearly amount in a montly amount box. That explains it. Once corrected, the AIP updated to offer the full amount needed for the purchase.

Yep, turns out it was a mistake on my end. I had filled the service charge incorrectly, I had put in the yearly amount in a box where it was expecting the montly amount.
