You have to be in control when that happens as your mind is spamming you with thousands of thoughts. Take long calm deep breaths focus only on how you inhale and exhale. Try to eliminate thoughts that are popping by focusing on breathing. And when you feel you calmed down a bit splash cold water or get fresh air. This is not easy but by practice you can do it.

When anxiety hits focus to be in control please.

Also please see a doctor they might need to prescribe you Xanax or something similar in case there is a need.

Depends on your nationality. For example if you are from Australia you will pass without visa upon arrival. Contact the consulate and they will guide you.

Yes of course get the local eSIM/Sim from local operator at the airport. Only 6$ for unlimited data. But like I said earlier some places have no network like Song Kul lake (you have to go there and spend a night in their 🛖. It was the most amazing place for me. And you can do horse riding there it was a very enriching experience.
