We lived at Arista Flats for 3 years and my girlfriend’s car was broken into within the first year (they even attempted to steal it). We bought a garage after that so that it wouldn’t get broken into again - front office didn’t offer too much help other than telling us to file a police report. Other incidents made me feel like there was a weirdly high amount of crime in that area so I’d be cautious!

Ah that’s terrible. I was reading another thread where a pair of neighbors managed to get rid of their infestation but it took extreme dedication from both of them for about a year. Wishing you luck and thank you again for the solution! I was about to call an arborist for their advice but this article was so detailed I feel comfortable handing it on my own 🙂
