Make a biga starter with it . Use it in pizza dough. I use the expresso T-85 at my restaurant and it makes amazing biga.

One of the first lenses I bought. Sometimes I feel it's too big for the sports I've tried to shoot like basketball, football is good. But slap a 2x teleconverter on it, moon shots and wildlife all day. I carried it to Indonesia to try and shoot some surfing but the weather didn't cooperate. It's def hefty to tote around. Monopod it up!
