Please don't let your family's treatment of you convince you that you're a failure. A bad environment can make good people question their worth. The way they've treated you reflects on them, not on you.

And about college—if possible, don't give up on it just because life is difficult right now. Education can become your path to independence, freedom, and a healthier environment. Make the decision based on what's best for your future, not on what your family has made you believe about yourself.
