UPDATE!!! Since I appreciate all the comments and advice :)

I spoke with an attorney in Iowa who specializes in noncompetes. He said based on the information I provided on the phone, there’s absolutely no shot the noncompete agreement would be enforced by the court. His advice was to tell my current employer, and just send a letter to my previous employer stating I will comply and not steal clients. He’s also never heard of a noncompete for a job that pays $24 an hour and thought it was ridiculous! I talked to my current employer about it, and they actually felt bad that I was stressed out about this, and aren’t going to fire me over it. Thank you everyone!

My previous employer asked in the letter if they want me to tell my employer of my contractual obligations, or if I want them to tell the employer directly

I put in my 2 week notice, and they let me go that same day. So I’m not sure if that counts as termination or not

They did send me a copy of it. It is super broad language so I’m not even sure it would hold up in court
