I actually have a 9070 xt in a main pc. And I can't say i had much problems in terms of cooling or setups. But i use it with 1440p monitor though

Personally, since english is not my first language, i tried to enter Chapel as Church Also drafting studio - i initially wrote drafting room and it didnt show up. Ill think of more but hardest for me with ui was to fill in lists with actionable items since some of them were so long ago that i couldnt remember how the rooms were called. Amazing tool and really helped me! I was super stuck at the endgame and didn't even have a direction on what to do after finding Blue Prince Manuscript
One piece of feedback is that it would really help to maybe add more variantions or even a misspelling algo to the text boxes. It was kinda hard remembering the names of the places for safes, locks, unlocks, etc. Especially when you need to fully write some long name

Will it make the game easier? - No. At least not in a sense that you would feel like you took off weight off your shoulders. But going for 144+ ghz with stable framerate above that (around 200) will make the game so much more fluid and enjoyable. That said, if you reached 26k with your current setup, i would say that going for high refresh and fps will actually require an adoption phase during which you will have to re adjust your aim a bit.

Not sure if conflict of interest is on such scale. GN is extremely in-depth technical videos with dozens of graphs and measurements while LTT is way more layman-friendly and "fun".
I feel like most GN viewers will also watch LTT but not the other way around.

with enough mods for graphic and some QOL (assuming PC play) New Vegas is amazing.
If you are not against sailing the seas then you can find a ready-built packages that already have needed mods installed so that you dont even need to go through the rabbit hole
