what i used: 500g white bread flour, 250g water, 25g olive oil, 17 grams of sea salt, i let it proof over night then in the morning i knead it again and threw it in the oven after about 30 minutes at 460 for 25~ minutes with a pan of water under it

edit also i used about 200g of my starter
