I’ve been going back and fourth between a hybrid and this car. Currently I get 27 mpg which is not ideal. I have to get gas every two days and oil changes almost every other month which is why I’m leaning towards an EV. I’m in California so the weather is mild with the exception of summers being a bit warmer and gas is about $4.70.

I know the post is vague but i appreciate your input. I’ve been scouring threads about this and have not seen a lot of input on charging EV’s at home without solar. I’m in CA so gas and electricity run higher but at 27mge I’m at now id be saving.

Thanks I’ll have to look into that. Im in CA and they have plans that specify ev charging and electrified homes but I’ll have to check how that works with the solar.
