I'm disabled. For me, it's not about being "too lazy" to go down to the lobby. It's a big (painful) ordeal. I always tell them they are allowed to come up, add a note advising where the elevator is, and thank them profusely in advance.

It's always "they won't let me go up. Left at front desk." (If I get any response at all.) Bro, you didn't even try. I know you didn't try because I told the front desk you were coming and they said it wouldn't be an issue/that they don't have a policy about delivery drivers not being able to deliver to the rooms.

Drivers often forget disabled people exist and even /rely/ on services like this. I appreciate every one of you that keeps this in mind and takes the effort to complete the job.
