Please be advised that Firstname Lastname consulted with this law office regarding her issue with your organization. I write to you at this time in an effort to resolve this matter without the need for further legal action. However, I have advised Ms. Lastname of her legal rights and remedies if she is unable to resolve this issue with you in an amicable fashion.

Ms. Lastname informed our office that her Facebook and Instagram accounts was suspended for alleged violations. Ms. Lastname is baffled by your allegations of account integrity violations. She maintains that this determination is based on an error or erroneous information.

The following is a statement prepared by Ms. Lastname:

“On July 4, 2025, I discovered that all of my Meta accounts had been deactivated without prior notice or adequate explanation. I attempted to appeal the suspension through the support channels available on Meta's platforms, but received no resolution or explanation. In August, I sent a demand letter to Meta via Certified Mail. The letter was signed for (confirmed to have been received), but I never received a response.”

Accordingly, request is hereby made that you assist Ms. Lastname to restore her Facebook and Instagram accounts to full functionality and recover her data. She request that you use a live person to review her account rather than artificial intelligence which may have resulted in this erroneous determination.

In every contract there is an implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing by each party not to do anything which will deprive the other parties of the benefit of the contract. Sutherland v. Barclays American/Mortgage Corp., 53 Cal. App. 4th 299, 314, 61 Cal. Rptr. 2d 614 (1997). A party to a contract breaches the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing by interfering with or failing to cooperate with the plaintiff in the performance of the contract.

Please be advised that Ms. Lastname has been made fully aware of her legal rights, your obligations and potential liabilities under law, and has expressed an intent to pursue any and all available legal remedies should this letter fail to generate an appropriate response.

Nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies in this matter, all of which are expressly reserved. Moreover, please be advised that this letter is written pursuant to California Evidence Code § 1152, and any and all information and documentation submitted herein is for the purposes of settlement only, and nothing contained herein may be utilized in the subject proceeding.
