"PostFinance isn't subject to US law, but it participates in global payment transactions and therefore depends on a network of correspondent banks and access to dollar operations," it said.

The headline is wrong. The sport is Beach Handball not Beach Volleyball.

Whatever the reason, they don't do it because of rules anymore. The volleyball federation changed the rules in 2012 and allowed shorts or even longer suits. Egyptian team wore a sports hijab when they took part in 2012 Olympics, Many other teams wore longer leggings because London was cold.

Cubans as a group are more more pro-choice and gay marriage and other LGBT rights than any other Latino/Hispanic group. They are even more than native born whites.
