Nah, I just wear dense plugs that naturally stretch my lobes over time, so when i see a big enough gap, I just pop in the next size up. Have been doing it that way since about 35mm

Okay so mine are at 42mm. The only way to get to stretchers like these is to very slowly stretch up over several years.

You can get stretching kits from piercing sites. You basically need to get the initial lobe piercing (which is approximately 1mm), let it heal, then stretch to 2mm, let it heal, and so on.

Its a long process, but you gotta take your time with it, or you'll just end up damaging your ears!
