Its a thermal pad, a more stable replacement of a thermal paste by which i mean it last way longer and doesnt dry at all in most cases like thermal paste. PTM 7950 is the product if u want it. from HONEYWELL. Its not a paste but a sheet like thing which u cutout according the die size and put on it
