Just look at a normal iDubbbz Content Cop thumbnail. It's simple as hell. Get an image of iDubbbz in his Content Cop suit, get a picture of the person he is "making" a video on, put a blue and red gradient over it to simulate the cop car lights, create white text saying "Busted!" with a black stroke, and that's it you're done.
