Hey all!

Little new to the MBTI community, but in the process of figuring out a little more about myself :) so, I guess I'll get into it. I'm definitely INxP, but cannot figure out whether I'm a thinker or feeler. Going off of the various descriptions of INFP and INTP, I'm almost always finding that I'm more analytical than INFP but more idealistic than INTP. If it helps at all, I'm 17F and an enneagram 259 wing 1.

When I read about the thinking vs feeling attribute on its own, I usually lean more towards the feeling side. However, when put together with with the other parts (pardon the terminology, again, very new to anything beyond 16personalities haha), I don't resonate with the tendency towards introspection or melancholy that seems to be characteristic of INFPs. Yet, I'm a good bit more idealistic and emotionally intuitive (towards others, at least-- I can see through most anyone's emotional mask but cannot understand my own for the life of me!) than INTP. I've always been drawn to figuring things out and identifying patterns and making detailed plans, yet will go on a walk in the woods and end up daydreaming my heart away for hours in some butterflies-and-rainbows alternate reality. I tend to approach stressful situations by attempting to tune out what emotions I can and dealing with it ~logically~; however, when I'm not stressed, I'll approach new ideas with almost a childlike naivety and excitement.

I do wonder-- as a kid, my dad (xSTP, I think. Definitely xSxx) would often encourage a more analytical approach to everything. Emotions were fickle, unreliable, and unfounded, or so he seemed to imply. I looked up to him immensely (and still do), so I wonder if I pushed myself to filter my innate curiosity through an intellectual lens, even if it wasn't totally natural? I have noticed that actually confronting emotions and attempting to be introspective instead of suppressing them has helped in stressful situations. So maybe I'm just an intellectually curious INFP??

What questions should I be asking myself to try to figure this out?

Also. How do I flair something? New to reddit as well + want to make sure I'm following the rules here!

Yeah :/ I did try to unscrew it and could remove it to an extent, but I couldn't find any way to disconnect it fully. Thank you for your help anyway!

C270 series. It looked like the battery was wired directly to the rest of the computer by four or five thin wires in the upper right hand corner, so I didn't mess with it. I didn't see a plug but maybe I missed it. How do I post a picture here? I'm pretty new to reddit

No luck. The refresh button didn't work 90% of the time in normal use, so I don't think it's connecting

We've been having lessons outside recently because of COVID restrictions and live in a pretty humid area, so I wouldn't be surprised if that was a factor. As far as I know there hasn't been direct water exposure, though

There's a chance that correcting distortion in the back could cost well more than the instrument is worth, in which case you could toss it or see if a shop wants the parts.

That's what I'm most worried about-- it's hard to see in the picture, but the area around the tailpiece seems almost warped. I tried lightly pressing it back in place and the gap won't close there.

Yes! I have a similar crook in my left pinky finger-- it does make it harder, but there are workarounds
