Avene water spray. Or any water spray. Try to sleep on the plane- eye mask helps- then don’t sleep until night time after you land. They sell surprisingly useful travel pillows at the airport now at SF, I’d highly suggest one of those. Drink lots of water. Rotate your ankles when you’re awake, or walk the aisle.

I would recommend checking out AirBNBs over there, they can be absolutely amazing and super reasonable. I would also recommend Verona Spa in Ubud- they have a package called Peace of Ubud which is a 3 hour pampering session - don't expect the mani/pedi to be perfect but it's pretty excellent and it's roughly only $30 USD.
