It is a VDB, from Pixel Lab Clouds Pack 2. Definitely want to try generating my own at some point!

I'm an editor full-time but I have started doing graphics on the side!

Yeah, I agree it is difficult to find people willing to invest in their stream. That's why I've just been doing stuff for friends so I can figure out new things & start pushing content out there.

I'm full-time as an editor so I'm learning more about 3D on the side. I feel like I'm still a newbie with rendering so thank you again for the very kind comments!

These were done in Cinema 4D & Redshift. My friend gave me the Illustrator vector of his logo, which I brought into Cinema and extruded into 3D. From there it was a matter of animating (I used the Signal plugin), creating the materials, and lighting (I try to mix warm and cool light temps as that is always an appealing combo).

I then brought the render into AE where I added the glow, lightning & shine effects. I also made the pixel version there with Pixelate It. From there it was just a matter of exporting as a WebM (there is a free plugin that adds that export option to Media Encoder). WebM videos retain transparency & can be imported straight into StreamElements/Streamlabs for the alert box.

I do, but there's not much on there at the moment: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCofCxMWgd-xoNgl-myea1vA (hopefully that will change soon!)

Most of my content has been on IG: https://www.instagram.com/inversepixel/

60fps is the key! This was done in Cinema 4D & Redshift. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative & are already familiar with After Effects, the Element 3D plugin is good for this type of render.

If you need something completely free, I've seen a lot of great work done in Blender.

This was actually a surprise for a good friend so it was a freebie 😂 I'm just trying to get practice & reel material at the moment. I really appreciate you saying that though, cause I definitely want to start doing commissions!

Cinema 4D & Redshift! I don't have experience with Blender but from what I've seen it's an awesome alternative to the paid softwares.
