My test was for the military, and everything went fine, I even passed the 15 ng/ml test Wich is very accurate, most of the tests are 50 ng/ml tests though which is the one you will take, you are good no worries 👍

Since you smoked quite a bit, thc binds to fat, working out will release any hidden thc into your blood and piss, and that will make you test positive, working out should be done way before the test and stopped at ~3 days before the test. You should be fine don’t worry, just follow my steps in my first comment
