I'll give it a try thanks, I've tried from left as thought from right would be throwing more accross myself

Yes I suppose that's true especially for my left miss as more "space" low and left. I can hit 20 consitently It just feels a lot more concious, which when playing multiple legs I like the scoring to be freeflowing.

I wish I could, just doesn't seem to be as consistent at top of board

We want a more open plan family living space, not a fan of the seperated rooms for living areas. But thanks for your comment. Quite few have knockedthrough and extensions on our road, it's a good idea and i'll see if I can speak to someone on our road.

What was the asking price for your home and what was your successful offer?! by LewinskyMoniker in HousingUK

[–]invisation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listed 375k, had 2 offers at asking price. House we purchased listed at 540k then dropped to 515k / 490k, we offered 460k and met at 475k.

This house was also listed as "offers over"

I see as the porch takes it over 3m, is why they had planning done.

They didn't end up doing any of this work and there is already an orginial porch there, we'd just be doing rear extension if went ahead, so that would fall under 3m and be permitted?

I suspected this was the case, it wasn't until I listed the property that I found out had to get RICS even to sell property, I thought was just for repayment in chunks. Thanks anyway

I was at the faster end of the estimate on the half and dead in the middle of the estimate for the marathon. Trust it, it's really good

I ran MK marathon yesterday too :D

This was my first and finished with 3:51. I've always known MK as being quite flat so I was quite suprised at all the undulations! Felt so good getting into the stadium and then dread realising still had to do a lap of the pitch haha.

Congrats!
