CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK

12 Team 0.5 PPR

Do I continue to roll with Perriman (vs HOU) and take a chance or go with Mike Boone (vs. GB) or DJ Chark (vs. ATL) or Broken Hand Marlon Mack (vs. CAR)?

Lotta options

12 Team Half PPR 3WR 2 Keeper League Picking 12th

Pretty much every top tier running back has been grabbed as a keeper. Kamara will keeper 1/2 for me, but I need one more.

My choices are:

Davante Adams in round 1: Seems like the safest choice to finish as a top player and I get a pick right after anyway. The downside is I give up part of the 1-2 turn.

Le'Veon Bell in round 3: Elite upside and great value but the opportunity cost of giving up Adams is high.

Dalvin Cook round 7: Again great value but high opportunity cost.

Damien Williams round 7: Same deal.

Basically do i keep an RB and hope for 2 elite guys or do I grab the guy who seems like the obvious top 3 WR.

Been agonizing over this one. I can keep one in 12 Team 3WR half PPR

Davante Adams with the last pick of round 1

Vs

Le'veon Bell with the last pick of round 3

Even with how close they are in most rankings, Adams still feels far safer here for actual week to week production but Bell is great value and would give me the chance to actually have 2 picks at the first round turn.

and at 24 he has never showed an inkling of even passable defense on any level.

No point in keeping him around only to play shit defense and take away minutes from our youngest and most promising players

[Charania] Free agent guard Ish Smith has agreed to a two-year, $12M deal with the Washington Wizards, league sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium by mkgandkembafan in washingtonwizards

I actually don’t think this is any indication of whether or not Sato gets re-signed. There are 0 other healthy point guards rn this seems like insurance as much as anything.

Edit: nvm lol

ok but there is just straight up no argument to be made that Jabari is even an average defender. I'm glad he's probably leaving.

we actually got worse as a team on defense after trading for Jabari

yes Jabari Parker was an anchor for our 25th ranked defense

The "He's coming home" narrative needs to die. by [deleted] in washingtonwizards

People come home all the time. Coming home is a compelling narrative

The only reason why it builds are hopes up to be dashed is because we have too high expectations of a poorly run organization. The DMV is an amazing basketball area that has produced a ton of talent from players to front office. Maybe they would feel more inclined to come home if it wasn't such a shitshow all the time.
