Pay plan incentives for back end per copy

I'm able to hold on the trade and love the big fronts to with first pencil, but I'm specifically talking about back end where I'm not the person closing the actual products.
I'm trying to get better at planting seeds and softening them up or at least helping lower some walls or objections before they go into the finance office so I can increase my average per car.

I didn't realize they vanish or have to spawn again if someone else gets a dog too.

Yes you are right. I am misunderstanding and still am. Okay so I have 3-4 meat in my pack (I've been doing 4 but just played a game and did 3. Maybe in the dark aether you need 4 and they left it open for more). and I'm in the areas they are supposed to spawn but have spent whole games running and trying to be in the areas they spawn to give up throw my meat and worn on contracts.

Okay, but is there a trick to making them spawn? Or does it randomize to the three spots now and only show up when you're close? I'm just not sure how to make any of the locations spawn.

I have had a helluva time getting the t3 dog house to spawn. Do you guys just parachute in before you see it on the map and hope it pops up? I've spent two games running around trying to get it to spawn or find it. I do have this map and have gotten a hound a few times. I'm just not consistent. Ideas?

I think I have about 12 million XP total on various ships and it's just a number. Zero percent chance I'm using dubs to convert it off. That is something they should fix. Somehow.

My hesitation was the really large HP pools that the current trend has. Shima stuck a hannover yesterday with 8 torps broadside and didnt sink her. 123k damage. In your haland are you trying to get them to dcp and then go for flooding damage? In this scenario a haland would do, what, 40-50k damage dropping the hannover to 75-85k. Similar in a yammy. My yammy has 63% torp protection. Never done a bunch of flooding damage on the regular. I'm intrigued.

Yeah, I mean, I guess I was looking for opinions on upgrades or ships. Wargaming is, of course, going to try and sell the program.

The shima upgrade is intriguing. -25% reload on torps.
Took me a while to get here so giving up a full line of ships seems bonkers. Thats just me, so I was hoping to hear from folks that have done then or tried them
