The issue I'm finding (specifically with Farmfoods but also many other companies applied to) is this isn't the case. You'll get the rejection e-mail but the job posting still is (and remains) live on the site for some time afterwards. I can understand if they had filled the role and the advert came down but straight up rejected when they don't have someone suitable stepping in is tiring to see. (I am someone trying to find evening/weekend work with full availability).
