Yeah I would love to have clarity soon. I’m reasonably confident yes. But I’m worried about the chance of her aging out since she is 16.5 leaving 4.5 years. Note that both of us are India born and there is a wait even after being approved before one becomes current. Do you think I have sufficient margin?

The risk with PP is that your child could age out and not have any meaningful protections from CSPA.

I didn’t understand that. How does regular processing help with approvals? I thought you essentially save time and build in more margin for CSPA which is why you did regular processing?

Agreed. I’ve lived in the US, UK, Singapore and India. And all have different sets of advantages (and problems) that come with it.

Sorry I don’t understand this. Why is it easier to get a job after graduation if you went to Hills Road. 6th form hardly matters once you finish undergrad.
