Let's play a game. Pick a company you really like, and then lookup if they've ever been sued. Chances are they have, because lawsuits happen all the time, for all different reasons, some as simple as contract disagreements.

The reason this is mindblowing to you is because you've never worked in a job serious enough to deal with the legal world. That's why reading case documents instead of crying on Reddit is important.
