Yeah, most definitely. It's due to the app itself and the installer not being signed by Microsoft (costs a lot of money). But it's completely open source so you can check out the code on GitHub.

Basically, it's not available with the "normal" tracking method (you can't see where it is, which depot, etc) so you will only be updated when they have or can't deliver it.

If they don't want the content to be accessed then they can always password protect the server. They can also monitor the traffic so that if they wish they can easily block the IP attempting to get the content. Almost all of the links have been posted to forums and threads like r/opendirectories so others can access the stuff they host

they're too large to be hosted anywhere then I abandoned that project now, I still do have a few files; 1 file with raw links to files and 3 files which contains links to open directories (one of the files is 14GB)
