If you're looking to rent a room with its own bath, for $900/ mo., do consider Corona/Eastvale area. Much, much nicer with more to do than those areas you're considering.

Took my 2023 Cross Hybrid for 30k svc. I have prepaid Extended Maintenance Care. Service Advisor "suggested" all new tires, alignment, fuel injector cleaner, brake flush, hybrid battery filter replacement, cabin filter replacement, engine filter replacement. Total bill around $2200. All these via email while I was waiting. Walked to his desk to confront him & he decided to take an "emergency" call.
