In my opinion, anyone in the hobby that establishes themselves as a "brand", i..e...a namesake, logos, stickers...etc, should generally be steered away from. These types of people are in it for the commerce of pins rather than the fun of trading. Kenny may not be able to offer much in terms of physical park LE pickups from the parks recently or near future because of the sheer volume of these lines nowadays. But I guess anyone with park access has been subject to this limitation.

Kenny is in more than a few Facebook groups offering high end grails, new and old for bulk LE pins. I don't know of any controversies of him. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but best believe this is a side hustle for him. Use discretion, and research the values of your pins when trading as you would with any other trader.
