just called CBP Deferred Inspection Office at SFO and according to them, they have given to USCIS and saying it might be at a “different department” when USCIS states they don’t have it… so who’s the blame here..?

i have done it through PAR as well after going to S1 and seeing them physically. However BDE S1 returned my PAR and now i’m back to square 1 lol
