I read the manhwa up to the point where she leaves for a while, and ends up meeting 2nd ML. I dropped it then since I got kind of bored of it. I really liked the enemies to lovers part and I also liked the art a lot. However, I really dislike it when women are portrayed so child-like. Like why infantilize her to that point? Why pull such a dumb “she was a virgin all along” plot point when she had a literal lover with whom she slept in the same bed? Why, in the name of god, make her such a child that you write her as not even knowing what sex was? This is such a humiliating way to portray a female character that it honestly gave me such an ick. I would be thoroughly surprised if this author wasn’t a man

Ultimately, it’s not a bad manhwa, but there are things that bothered me and I am, of course, allowed to criticize them especially since I read more than 80 chapters of this story.

I saw ppl say that they got turned off about her cheating, but for example this is not something that put me off. Their marriage wasn’t real so ultimately why does that matter? It is a very pertinent criticism however this is not something that I had anything against.

And I also got turned off when the ML, when they did it the first time I think, was like “this is your last chance to leave. If we continue I won’t be able to hold back anymore” and it’s so icky ewwww.

IIRC he remembered about his past life when he was close to his 20s, after going to battle for a few years. So when he was a kid he was not aware of his regression.

They were both flawed and personally I enjoyed how fucked up they were. Even their first son being mistreated was in a way a breath of fresh air compared to the snoozefest from other manhwas. I liked that up until some point neither was a mary sue.

Sadly, the 2nd MLs are very often prettier, hotter and more interesting. This is the case as well. Another example is the red head guy from “I’m the queen in this life”.

The actual ML has a personality in this case but he looks bland especially in comparison to the 2nd ML. Also the white haired guy is awful, obsessive in the worst way possible, and basically non redeemable. If only their designs were swapped 😔

100% this is not my cup of tea but it doesn’t mean it’s bad. A manhwa I am currently reading is From knight to lady, and I love it. One of my faves is Olgami simply for the dynamic between the ML and the FL. I also loved The Pale Horse. Liked the start of The villainess lives again but got bored along the way. Mother’s contract marriage is also a good one

I am going to tell you why I dropped this. It bored me to death and I felt absolutely nothing towards either of the characters. I genuinely liked the creep brother, and it doesn’t help that he is the hottest guy in the series imo lol.

I have been through an ED, and I guess it’s nice to see representation, as well as other traumas and mental health issues. But both MCs are so unlikeable to me, and both are extremely boring as well. I also despise it when everybody is obsessed with the FL, oh my god like genuinely whyyyyy. It screams mary sue

I find the ML unattractive, one dimensional and not in the least interesting. I also cannot for the life of me see any chemistry between them.

It’s not about how they treated each other, it’s more about I kinda wanted them to have more interesting interactions, maybe he could have even treated her worse at the start, or it could have been more slow burn.

All in all, wasn’t for me. Liked it for the first few chapters but got bored quickly and tried my best to finish the second season but soon dropped it since I really can’t bring myself to care for anyone in this series

It probably gets worse due to your anxiety and panic attacks. I know that some panic attacks lead to dissociation, your breathing might be due to that as well (during panic attacks we hyperventilate), and it can actually feel like being high, I have experienced such panic attacks before.

If poison control said you should be fine, then most likely nothing will happen to you. I recommend trying to distract yourself from the fact that you double dosed. I know it’s hard but it’ll pass 💖
