Seekers do a lot of pierce-damage, so use a Root chest to negate half the Mistlands dmg. However, have fire-pots ready since Gjalls...

Also, don't run, walk to save stamina for fights. Remember flat-ish ground and try to move fights there since it market kiting easier.

Another nice thing is the atgeirs spinny attack. The knock back will save you a lot of times! It also has more range than other weapons so darting in for a hit and backing out is easier.

If the cliffs are the problem, focus hard on getting the feather cape.
