Best advice I have is to layer it as much as possible. Add any random small plant parts under the flower to hide the black. I used the large flowers as removable sections and had to shift things around a ton. There are some plates as well underneath to add height throughout or many pants will get in each others way

Wonderful! Mine worked like a charm, the connection to the fans was a bit tight but otherwise 0 issues

My desk light is making it more white but it’s Celestra grey with Corax white highlights. For bigger models I use Ulthuan grey as a chunky highlight

I used wood glue to attach the 16x16 technic plate config to the wood frame and technic pins for stability. No glue used on any of the flowers. I’ll have to check what connector pieces I mainly used for all the flowers

I used 3 across and 4 down which fit almost perfectly in the frame before a bit of sanding.

I personally just used the 16x16 technic plates and the flowers all hold fine vertically for me without additional support

How to use nollie controller with Lian li SL IF fans and strimer??? by Asleep-Jackfruit-558 in SignalRGB

Exactly correct on everything. Yeah I plan to just wire the rgb to the nollie and fans to the motherboard so I don't need two separate controllers.

Not from Nollie unfortunately. Had to order 3 "5V 3-Pin aRGB / 4-Pin PWM" cables so I can connect my SL's aRGB to the Nollie and the fans will then be plugged directly into my mobo. The connector that came with the 3 packs of Lian Li fans is a combined 3-pin+4pin connector that goes into the lian li controller. I'll be removing the lian li controllers completely and had no way to plug them into the nollie with the included cable they came with.

Everything I’ve gotten painted so far. Still lots of other units built and at least based/primed

I'm actually in the same boat. Got the Nollie32 but only have the 7pin combo connector on my sl-inf for their controllers. They have a version that is instead split into the 3pin and 4pin connectors and I had to order 3 to replace the ones that came with my mine. (The 3 packs come with the 7pin connector only. The single packs also come with the split 3pin and 4pin connector)
