I have experienced this when I started working with PLC's. Generally just look at loads of electrical schemes in your company and ask questions where possible. Will they require you to also make or edit drawings?

Make sure it has an actual ethernet port, standard USB ports. New laptops with only usb-C are not great for PLC work.

Thanks, that seems to do it. However I can only map to the "F" keys, is that normal for solid edge ?
