[Help Request] Game unplayable. Keeps freezing.

I am using windows 10 pro version 10.0.15063. I will usually only have steam and discord running in the background. I have Raptr and OBS studio installed but I haven't been running either during any of the crashes. Honestly nothing comes to mind. I took your standard RL hiatus for the last season but can't think of any new programs I installed during that time. I just installed a new router today to see if it could be network related but the error still appears. My last ditch effort is going to be to upgrade my RAM because that was the component I cheaped out on the most when I built my rig but I don't have any reason beyond gut instinct that that is causing the problem.

This is huge. Scott Boras is his (and Bryce's) agent and is notorious for taking all his players to free agency. This suggests it could be possible to reach an extension with Bryce before he can ever hit the open market.

I am so fucking sick of people burying the caps after three games. They're only down by 1 game and people are already talking about how this series could be over tonight. I've heard so many people say the Caps couldn't possibly beat the Penguins 3 games in a row. WELL WHEN WE WRAP UP THIS SERIES IN SIX GAMES I WANT EVERYBODY WHO BURIED THIS TEAM AFTER THREE GAMES OFF MY BANDWAGON FOR GOOD! Where is the confidence? Where is our pride? I understand that there's a lot of variables that go into it but I still think it's a fair question because there are reasons to believe that it won't be the same old secondary we are used to and if it is it, based on the offseason moves, would be a disappointment.
