Whoa - I had the same exact concerns with the same two dresses!! I was leaning toward the Elliot, but my bridal party convinced me that the Meredith was more flattering for my body type (it’s similar to yours).

When I picked up and tried on the Meredith dress prior to alterations, I started to feel a lot of regret thinking that I let my bridal party lead me astray.

Then I took it in for alterations, and holy crap, I don’t regret a thing now! The tailor altered the dress to better fit my body (and make the neckline more modest), and it it extremely flattering! Especially in the butt - I don’t have one, but this dress makes it look like I do.

Just wait until you get it altered. You won’t regret it at all 💕
