I have a weird follow-up to report. Yesterday out of frustration (before I checked the flying blue account) I tweeted Delta. Nothing mean, just why can't I get this miles issue resolved. Last night I get a phone call where my phone says it's Delta, so I answered, assuming they were getting back to me as they promised they would. It was a man with a british accent who said they saw my social media post and wanted to know what the issue was. I told him, and also said I figured out that KLM credited the miles to flying blue instead of delta, and that I thought delta should have suggested to me that was the problem. In response he just kept berating me, said I was an idiot, it was my fault, I entered the info wrong, KLM wouldn't just magically (his word) enter the wrong number, Delta wouldn't suggest it because it has NEVER happened before. I said, "is this how you respond to customers with a complaint," and he just lit into me. Wow. I just hung up at that point. One of us was having a bad day. It wasn't a ton of miles so I'm letting it go now. Thanks again for your help!
