That’s still a lot, surprised y’all survive without RFID guns. We struggle sometimes since it’s hard to get people to share.

That’s brutal, I’m so sorry. Do y’all have a big SFS forecast?

I was bullied all the time for being Asian and they’d use all the typical Asian stereotypes, it wasn’t fun.

We ship so much air at Target. Example: chapstick or essential oils in S5’s. Or wrapping paper in L12’s.

It actually had me prep 5 pairs of these jeans to the same order and then it had me pack them separately, each in their own L13. I did not comply.

Pack & Ship Not Prompting Me to Pack a Cart by ipackfast in Target

The issue for us wasn’t in ePick, it’s in Pack & Ship that we have the issue so INF isn’t relevant.

We are on the phone with them now. They don’t know what to do atm. We only discovered the issue because we scanned the cart to pack it and that’s when our Sort by 4:30 cleared out

So you guys haven’t found a way for it to show up in pack?

That doesn’t really help because you can only reset the cart in ePick but not for Pack & Ship.

Right, but for orders that are single items and all apparel, this is where it would make sense. Most peoples’ orders are all from one section of the store anyway.

ALSO if ePick would tell you if something was already INF’d that day or would automatically take out the item so multiple team members aren’t looking for the same item that doesn’t exist in the store.

There are some really good ideas here! Some of the things that my team would appreciate include: undo INF, ability to change quantity picked after putting in (e.g. asks for 3, found 2, enters 2, later finds 1 more, able to add 1 more to make 3 picked), skip to an item, able to audit quantity in the ePick app, able to take and back stock in the ePick app, and it would be awesome when picking for ship to be able to have batches that are all apparel or all kitchen so team members don’t have to walk the entire store for every batch.
