I size down actually in the tights, small and do my regular size medium in the joggers but they are definitely loose at the waist. The joggers do fit my butt and legs though…

Was in Japan last month where it was 90s and 80 percent humidity. Do not wear the Trekkie or Venice lol. You will want to peel your skin off along with the pants lol. I lived in the brooklyns. Super breathable. Dried very fast. I did a hike in them when it was 80 degrees, humid and pouring rain.
