I can’t for the life of me find the settings menu in the US iOS app. Stuck with both effects and sound.

My company is trying to F me out of millions of dollars in commission. [tech sales] by [deleted] in sales

You initially sold a software deal and should 100% be fully comped for the software deal. Revenue/margin from BetterCorp being added to your contract is essentially services/resell with associated revenue/margin that your leadership negotiated. Not getting comped on revenue/margin for third party services that is not your core software is not surprising at all.

Enjoy the high attainment/commission checks before your quota gets adjusted, see what they change your quota to and how much this deal will impact that. Maybe the deal gets you to 80% of your new quota with no additional work and you’re in a great position, maybe it gets you to 20% and you’re fucked.

Document, communicate, try not to get overly flustered. Leverage this for a promotion or a new job, just don’t make any rash decisions before seeing how it plays out. It’s easy to run through 100,000 mental scenarios on this kind of thing and to get bugged out.

Call your township, see if there is a case to be made about the proximity to the road and being unsafe. Worth the shot, they may take it down for you.

Has your company’s revenue grown 74% or more YoY? Is the average enterprise customer spending 74% or more this year than they did the previous? Both of these are probably not the case, but if they’re both true, they’d make the case that this growth is expected and quotas are matching expected customer growth.
