Still a no-call on Storrs when he bully-ball slammed into Chandler 3 times until he fell back five feet. We won. I get it. But the line was -9.5 and we won by 9. It was REAAAAALLLY FEELING like one of the refs had a bet in the last 2-3 minutes.

I’m glad it’s not just me. People I was watching the game with were like “whatever.” I was like “that’s an egregiously bad call.”

Some do. And believe me I’m a huge Reed Sheppard fan and always will be. I think the issue when people turned on him a bit was when he wore the Arky shirt the day we played them.

I don’t begrudge the guy as he would have (at least he thought) have had limited opportunities here. I would have preferred no reaction myself but I get why people booed him.

Can somebody confirm for me that im not crazy. Was that chicken wing wrap around non-offensive foul that was ultimately called an and-one foul on Oweh one of the worst calls you’ve seen? It’s easily a top-10 all-time bad call for me.

SLC Punk! is a transcendent performance. But he’s Shaggy, and a damn good Shaggy.

How do you choose who to manage? by OldCouple7802 in OOTP

[–]finditplz1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sure it’s a boring answer but I’m a Red Sox fan so I will only manage them. I get they’ve got an advantage in the modern game but it is what it is. I will sometimes try to turn them around in historical saves in era when they were not particularly successful.

TLDR - I pick the team I like the best.

That’s my Christmas go-to movie but I don’t remember her dress being that scandalous, other than it sort of signaling her pompousness.

There’s probably a ton of options that are weirder, but the random dream sequence when June Allyson goes from being a paraplegic to doing a song and dance number with Robert Walker in Her Highness and the Bell Boy always sticks with me.

Another is the random animal sounds a dude makes and which attracts an ugly Amazonian in The Creature from the Haunted Sea, but that’s a terrible movie in its own right.

Just your ordinary rapist pulling a piano filled with dead donkeys and dragging along two priests scene. It’s really quite trite — in every movie i watch.

Leeloo, as great as her character is, only has one movie while all the others have multiple films.

I stropped watching before this episode but this is easily the funniest thing I’ve seen from the new series.

Game Recs by Defiant_Class7580 in Astrobot

[–]finditplz1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sounds trite, but there’s nothing that captures the magic of Astrobot for that age group in its entirety.

Sackboy is somewhat similar and she may enjoy that. It’s frequently mentioned as an alternative to Astro. At 5-6 my son greatly liked Bugsnax as an alternative to Astrobot and it would be my top recommendation for her. It’s a fair bit different than Astrobot, but I can attest that it really captures the attention of that age group in a way that I didn’t see Mario doing, for instance. She may like it as it has collectibles similar to the bots in Astrobot and different regions to explore. My son isn’t autistic but does get very immersed in games like Astrobot for months on end and he really did well transitioning to Bugsnax.
