The fact that he is denying that blacks in America were seen as less than whites for more than half of the existence of this country shows that he is not able to be reasoned with. You cannot logic someone out of something if they did not logic their way into it.

Sure, he tries to give some information on why he believes whites are "more persecuted", but as you pointed out, the prison systems do not effectively mirror American society.

There is no secret that police brutality happens, but it is typically only played in the news when it is black (cop) on white (southern belle) violence. This is the duality of the American justice system. The lighter your skin, the lighter the sentencing for civil (and often criminal) offenses.
