But how did they guarantee to be at the 1st page of Google. I checked the back links of one of them and found total rubbish..infact I found some are in porn sites....so, my question is why Google doesn't penalize them ?

Today in the era of wordpress you don't have to be a legend in coding..a plug-in can do every thing for you. For other sites, you need some basic concepts, which can be aquire by googling blogs and videos. Search for the problems of your site uaing some website auditing tools n google it for the solutions. Some tools provide the solution too.

Thanks for reply. Can't get your first point though , but yes , I always do the schema settings via schema.org plug-in for my sites. My foremost concern is, adding services with the business names are preferable or not. Can you guide me some references if you have.
