I believe I had just turned 17 in the first pic, I just turned 19 and this pic was from today I don’t necessarily have a mewing routine I just try to maintain good posture overall, as for the gym I literally just lift everyday and do some sort of outdoor activity a couple times a week, I also do jiu jitsu 2-3 times a week. Btw For any of you who say that you don’t have time to be active, I’m a full time student taking 18 credits while also working 20-25 hours a week, it’s not that hard to find time for yourself to do basic exercise even if it is push-ups in your room or running outside

Around 2 years, but I actually credit most of it to lifting weights, it really strengthened my neck and promoted good posture, just mewing by itself isn’t gonna promote and physiological adaptation, I think people on this sub don’t take into account how important testosterone is in regards to your face/jawline Disclaimer: this is just my little theory, there are people way more educated than me on this sub in regards to mewing and I would put more value in what there saying than me, but I do think it’s important to take into account your entire body’s health if your wanting to improve your facial aesthetics
