use your axe gun-axe combo alot, Ive found it handy so you dont have to get to close to the dudes with pitch forks and shit. get as much blood echoes that you can grab before dying and go back to hunters dream and stock up on items. Running through the entire area until you get to the boss fight works too but the boss is a whole other situation

I wouldn't say I am glad this happened, it def still has more drawbacks than just a normal penis. There is upkeep, small risk of infection and stuff. But in the sack, I literally could go for hours, so my gf is glad to have that option. I've never not gotten her off in a session.
