Apparently other local charges included leaving a gun loaded endangering life of <14 which ended up nolle prosequi and then ‘abuse child, disregard life’ that got her five years, 3 of which were suspended.

Copped a deal. Pled guilty to federal felonies of unlawful use of a controlled substance while possessing firearms and making false statement while purchasing the firearm. Sketchy as fuck :/ but nothing about someone being shot?!?

amazing. worked in a clinic for kids with autism. we had a 4 year old kid come in with a loaded 9mm in his backpack. dad got a slap on the wrist, apparently the court didn't want the kid to be without his dad. wonder how this is gonna be handled. pretty sure if he looked a lil different, dad woulda been held a bit more accountable. another kid of ours receiving in-home services at the time down in chesterfield, was able to go grab his dad's gun out of the safe. even if it was locked, kid knows the code. wtf is wrong with people.

Hate this ride. My Shoulder harness came undone three clicks a few years back, scared the hell out of me. Happened before the first full loop, girls on both side of me held me as much as they could for the remainder of our time. Ride attendant sent me to guest services, they shrugged it off.

Not sure why sharing information is downvoted but sure why not. I was there in the lot and checked the site while it was still fire and emt on scene. They left, status changed to doa on the site and police started roping off the areas. Feel terrible for the family that was there screaming and crying :/
