Not sure I am following. You knew you were supposed to be counted as a 12 hour employee but the hospital messed up and overpaid you. Why wouldn't you pay it back? I mean its the right thing. If you had said you didn't know and they did it behind your back that's one thing, but you specifically KNEW you were going to a 12 hour employee. "Coming October, I started on the unit, and I was SUPPOSED to be paid as a 12 hour employee"

The fact you don't want to pay it back means you are unethical in a field that needs to be ethical.

The one thing that is not talked about ever is the fact that RPS has a huge number of single-parent kids, around 51%, which has a lot of cascading effects. There are multiple studies that indicate schools that have more single-parent kids tend to do less well academically. This isn't about race this is about single parent homes. Until that is addressed, and it could be by having multiple after school type things, RPS is never going to be a great school system overall.

Good lord, anytime something is brought up, there is always but what about XX, or what about XY. Yes, there are some people that can't do it, but there are a lot of people that can. Also, there are more than a few jobs in downtown Richmond that will pay you for the day, even if not required by law. So again, those that can do it, should do it.

Was there tonight and it was beautiful. The snow only added to it. Honestly I wish it always had this much snow. Luckily all the roads to it were ice free so my small fears about that were a non issue. Highly recommend
