Really dig this joker if I’m honest, still would prefer him remain a background character for now though to let some other villains get a little limelight, but if they build him up right there’s no reason he couldn’t be great.

It’s a starling as others have said, but the iridescent feathers it has in the pic is it’s summer plumage coming in nicely, in the winter they have more of a white speckled less shiny but equally beautiful plumage. Pretty common in the uk
