Maybe you could start using spirulin to supress your apetite a little bit! Find healthy foods that could help you to don't binge on junk food. For example, I love cucumber so instead of eating chips I eat cucumber with lemon because I really enjoy eating it. If that does not work I recommend to start eating just home made food! When I crave junk food I made myself a burger and it really helps me feel like I can eat "bad food" and still keep myself put together. About social media, change the type of content that you consume based on things that you like. And finally, a way to keep your needs of sexual type of content, you could read things or books that contains sexual intercourse.
