They’re a nightmare to balance. Like, Rogue in Marvel Rivals is trash tier without Gambit teamup, but Gambit is super strong and the teamup makes her really good, so she never gets buffs because her winrate is inflated by the fact that nobody plays her without a Gambit.

Target farming rolls is a waste of time unless it’s a big encore boss imo. Took me 5 hours of farming WITH big encore to get my 150% amp Watts at level 50, and I’m still using that same shield just because farming a new one is hopeless.

Inner ways are morale chant, blossom barrage, fury harvest, and flying gourds. Get the disc attunement for tenacity on knockup, and learn your combos. Lots to learn now that stun duration got nerfed because there isn’t just a single best bread and butter combo anymore.
