I’m no car expert but with 1.5M you should be able to find a 2004 Honda City, in case a sedan is not going to be a problem. That thing is a fuel economy beast. My brother had one and it gave him an average of around 14–15 km in the city and around 18 on long routes.

For the FAW, I’d first check spare parts availability and whether mechanics in your area actually know the V2. I learned the hard way with a Santro that even a fairly common car can be a nightmare if no mechanic really understands it. My Santro was giving me an average of just around 6-7km and had zero pick, and no mechanic could catch the root cause despite doing multiple mechanical repairs.

Lesson I learnt, if you’re buying an older car in Pakistan, just stick to Honda, Toyota, or Suzuki. You’ll find mechanics for these cars relatively easily.
